The health and safety of your pet is our top priority at Priority Pets.  For communal cat boarding we require all cats to be in door cats only and to be vaccinated according to the Ontario Veterinary association recommendations.  Mandatory vaccines for communal cat boarding is Rabies and FVRCP.  Feline Leukemia is not a mandatory vaccine, but is highly recommended to protect your cats.  We also recommended having your pets receive flea and tick preventative medication.

To ensure the health and safety of all of our guests, if your cat is not vaccinated or is an out door cat, we are unable to provide communal cat boarding.  However we can still provide private cat boarding and ensure that your cat is separated from the other felines.

Our clients are required to complete and sign the liability and consent waiver.  It contains important medical information and emergency contact details to ensure that your cat has the best possible care.  To reserve your reservation please email vaccine records and the Liability Waiver to prioritypets1986@gmail.com.

Priority Pets is please to announce that is has initiated a new safety policy to ensure that the health and safety of your cats are assured.  Please ensure that your cat has a collar when they are dropped off.  The sitter will place a Girafus Pet Pro tracker in the collar.  This is going to add an additional layer of protection.  In the very unlikely event that a cat escape the Girafus Pet Pro tracker can find your pet!  Priority Pets only charges a $5 one time fee to conver the cost of the Girafus Pet Pro tracker.

Please inform us if your cat is not friendly with humans or other felines.  The majority of our cat sitters do not accept aggressive cats into there homes.
